Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Will Bradshaw Photography. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to clarify expectations and protect both parties throughout the duration of our collaboration.
1. Services Provided
We offer professional photography services, including product photography, headshots, aerial photography, etc. The scope of work will be outlined and agreed upon prior to the project commencement.
2. Pricing
All prices stated on our website are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on the specific requirements of your project. A full, detailed quotation will be provided before any work begins. Pricing adjustments may occur due to additional requests, location requirements, or changes in project scope.
3. Booking and Payment
- A booking fee of £60 or 25% whichever is greater (non-refundable) may be required to secure your session or project date.
- Full payment is due on completion of the project or within 7 days of receiving the final invoice.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be eligible for rescheduling.
- Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the agreed session may result in the loss of the booking fee.
5. Client Responsibilities
- The client is responsible for providing accurate and timely information to ensure the project progresses smoothly.
- Any delays caused by the client (e.g., late provision of materials or approvals) may impact the delivery timeline.
6. Copyright and Usage Rights
- All images remain the copyright of Will Bradshaw Photography unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Clients are granted a usage license for the agreed purposes (e.g., personal use, promotional use). The license does not include resale or third-party usage unless specifically stated.
7. Image Delivery
- Edited images will be delivered in JPEG via cloud link within agreed time after the session. Usually no more than 7 days.
- Raw files are not provided unless agreed in advance, and additional fees may apply.
8. Liability
- While every effort is made to deliver high-quality work, Will Bradshaw Photography is not responsible for events beyond our control, such as equipment failure, adverse weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Liability for any claim is limited to the value of the services provided.
9. Refund Policy
- Refunds will not be issued once the project is completed and approved.
- If you are dissatisfied with the work, please notify us within 7 days to discuss possible resolutions.
10. Amendments
- Any requested changes to the agreed project scope must be discussed and may incur additional charges.
11. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
