Welcome to Will Bradshaw Photography. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to clarify expectations and protect both parties throughout the duration of our collaboration.
1. Services Provided
We offer professional photography services, including product photography, headshots, aerial photography, etc. The scope of work will be outlined and agreed upon prior to the project commencement.
2. Pricing
All prices stated on our website are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on the specific requirements of your project. A full, detailed quotation will be provided before any work begins. Pricing adjustments may occur due to additional requests, location requirements, or changes in project scope.
3. Booking and Payment
- A booking fee of 25% (non-refundable) may be required to secure your session or project date.
- Full payment is due on completion of the project or within 7 days of receiving the final invoice.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be eligible for rescheduling.
- Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the agreed session may result in the loss of the booking fee.
5. Client Responsibilities
- The client is responsible for providing accurate and timely information to ensure the project progresses smoothly.
- Any delays caused by the client (e.g., late provision of materials or approvals) may impact the delivery timeline.
6. Copyright and Usage Rights
- All images remain the copyright of Will Bradshaw Photography unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Clients are granted a usage license for the agreed purposes (e.g., personal use, promotional use). The license does not include resale or third-party usage unless specifically stated.
7. Image Delivery
- Edited images will be delivered in JPEG via cloud link within agreed time after the session. Usually no more than 7 days.
- Raw files are not provided unless agreed in advance, and additional fees may apply.
8. Liability
- While every effort is made to deliver high-quality work, Will Bradshaw Photography is not responsible for events beyond our control, such as equipment failure, adverse weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Liability for any claim is limited to the value of the services provided.
9. Refund Policy
- Refunds will not be issued once the project is completed and approved.
- If you are dissatisfied with the work, please notify us within 7 days to discuss possible resolutions.
10. Amendments
- Any requested changes to the agreed project scope must be discussed and may incur additional charges.
11. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

1. Product Photography
- Basic Package (Up to 10 products): £120
Includes 2-3 images per product, basic editing, and a delivery turnaround of 3-5 days. - Advanced Package (Up to 20 products): £220
Ideal for e-commerce stores needing multiple angles and advanced edits. - Custom Packages: Starting at £40/hour for large product collections or specific requirements.
2. Corporate Headshots
- Individual Headshot Session: £80 (1-hour session)
Includes 2-3 retouched images, suitable for LinkedIn and business profiles. - Team Headshots: Starting at £200 for up to 5 people
Each additional team member: £30.
Group shots and retouching included.
3. Modelling & Acting Headshots
- Standard Session: £120 (Up to 2 hours)
Includes 5 retouched images with outfit changes. - Premium Portfolio Session: £180 (Up to 3 hours)
Includes 8-10 retouched images, multiple outfit changes, and a variety of settings.
4. Pet Photography
- Pet Portrait Session: £100 (1.5-hour session)
Includes 5-7 high-quality retouched images. - Owner & Pet Combo: £140 (2-hour session)
A mix of pet-only and owner-with-pet shots, delivered as 10+ edited images.
5. Aerial Photography and Videography
- Basic Aerial Package: £160 (Up to 1.5 hours of shooting)
Includes 10 edited aerial photos and a short 30-second video clip. - Advanced Aerial Package: £280 (Up to 3 hours of shooting)
Includes 20 edited images and a 1-minute professionally edited video. - Custom Projects: £40/hour, tailored for larger properties or commercial shoots.
6. Property Photography
- Standard Property Package: £120 (Up to 1.5 hours)
Includes 10-15 edited images, perfect for real estate listings or Airbnb. - Premium Package: £180 (Up to 2.5 hours)
Includes 20+ edited images and optional aerial photos for a complete showcase.
7. Food Photography
- Basic Menu Shoot: £120 (1.5-hour session)
Ideal for small restaurants or cafés, includes 10-12 edited images. - Full Menu Shoot: £200 (Up to 3 hours)
Includes 20+ edited images, styled shots, and overhead compositions.
8. Additional Costs
- Travel Fee: £10 for locations beyond 15 miles of Telford.
- Extra Retouched Images: £10 per additional image (optional).
- Express Delivery: £25 for a 48-hour turnaround on edits.
